Dr. Palmer’s Lecture Series

Let's Talk About It!

Dr. Palmer gives a variety of lectures in the community. We will tailor the lecture or talk specific to your health concerns, goals and needs. Lectures typically last 30-45 minutes with additional time for questions at the end.

Dr. Palmer will lecture to any group of people with 10 or more people gathered whether it be at a corporation, gym, high school, Church, Mom’s group, learning center, library or any organization. Lectures are usually booked for breakfast, lunch, after school or evening talks. We book anywhere from 4 weeks to 2 years in advance.

The Doctor will talk about the importance of proper breathing techniques, the muscles involved, how to accomplish it and why it is so vitally important. If there is nothing else you do to help your body, you should consider learning how to properly feed your tissues and organs with oxygen. It not only affects your energy and posture but also your overall heath. We cannot live without the air we breathe.

Dr. Palmer Asks some important questions of interest to Milford residents - Chiropractor Milford Dr. Palmer Asks...

What's the difference between maintenance, prevention and wellness?
Maintenance chiropractic care is an attempt to keep a dynamic, ever-changing and adapting organism (you) in a static relationship with your environment. Preventive chiropractic care is mostly about early detection. Wellness chiropractic care is an attempt to optimize our health and be all that you were designed to be.
Why do so many drugs require a prescription?
Because they can be dangerous? I chose a chiropractic career specifically because it avoids artificial means of pain relief. Our Milford chiropractic practice attracts health-conscious families that prefer a safe and natural solution. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
