Palmer Family Chiropractic is located at 114 Water Street in Milford MA.  It is just off of 140 on Water Street. 

From Milford: Take Route 16 West until you reach Route 140. Take a right onto Route 140 North. Pass the Milford Hospital on the right, and then go left onto Water Street at the blinking yellow light. We are the first medical building complex on the left (enter the first driveway on the left). We are in Building #2.

From Route 495 South: take exit 18, then take a left at the end of the ramp which is 126 South. Continue straight onto Hartford Avenue until you reach Route 140 (about 2 or 3 miles, there is a traffic light), and take a right onto Route 140 North. Continue on 140 for Approx. 3 miles; you will cross over route 16 and pass the Milford Hospital on the right, then come to a blinking yellow light where you take a left onto Water Street. We are the first medical building complex on the left (enter the first driveway on the left). We are in Building #2.

From Upton/Grafton: Once on route 140 south towards Milford, you will pass the Shaw’s plaza on the left. In about 100 yards you will see a blinking yellow light; take a right there onto Water Street. We are the first medical building complex on the left (enter the first driveway on the left). We are in Building #2.

From the Mass Pike/495 North:  Take the Mass Pike to Route 495 South to Exit #20, Route 85 Milford. Go right off the exit and go straight through the set of lights passing Wendy's on your right. Follow to the end.  Turn right onto Route 16 West.  Follow through downtown Milford until you reach 140.  Take a right onto Route 140 North. Pass the Milford Hospital on the right, and then go left onto Water Street at the blinking yellow light. We are the first medical building complex on the left (enter the first driveway on the left). We are in Building #2.

Important Notice: Your Pet must be leashed at ALL TIMES coming in and out of the office if not in a Pet carrier. There will be no exceptions to this rule please. To avoid confrontation between animals Dr. Palmer asks that you wait in your car with your pet or in the side parking lot on a leash. She will come and get you when it is your turn. This helps to maintain the safety of our animals and allows for more relaxing and effective treatments.

We do have a 24 Hour cancellation policy. We continually have a wait list for appointments so please give as much advance notice as possible when rescheduling. In order to secure the appointment time you would like it is in your interest to book your appointments in advance.
