I completed my undergraduate education at Franklin Pierce University located in Rindge, New Hampshire. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Exercise Physiology. While at Franklin Pierce University, I was part of the women’s Track and Field team competing in the hammer, weight throw, and shot put. After completing my bachelor’s degree, I attended the University of Tampa located in Tampa, Florida obtaining my master’s degree in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition. At UT I was involved in many research projects and papers with Dr. De Souza and his staff members. I completed my chiropractic education at Northeast College of Health Sciences formerly known as New York Chiropractic College. In chiropractic school, I attended as many extra technique seminars/ adjusting labs as I possibly could. As well as I was a member of the Soft Tissue and Rehab to Performance clubs on campus. I have obtained advanced certifications in Ergonomics, ConnecTX as well as Foot levelers Orthotics. As a student Chiropractic Clerk at the Levittown Health Center, I worked closely with a distinguished Doctor of Chiropractic and Northeast College of Health Sciences in the treatment and management of patients from surrounding communities. During my internship year, I volunteered with The Iron Man 70.3 New York at Jones Beach where I was able to treat athletes before and after the race. One of my most memorable aspects of chiropractic school was being able to work with local veterans at the Northport VA located on Long Island.

My Chiropractic Mission

I strive to promote my patients’ long-term health naturally through chiropractic care, rather than relying on pharmaceuticals or surgery. Chiropractic adjustments help enhance the body’s natural ability to heal and regulate itself by removing nerve interference and balancing the nervous system, maximizing the communication between the brain and the tissues, and enabling the body to reach its full capability in performance, function, and longevity. I strive to provide excellent care that enables patients to achieve optimal health and inspires them to tell others about the benefits of chiropractic.

On a personal Note

I was born and raised in Cumberland Rhode Island where I currently live with my Fiancé Nick. We love spending our weekends outside riding ATVs in New Hampshire, watching movies, and building Legos. My love for helping others came when I was a young child. I played many sports growing up which included many injuries. I had my first serious injury when I was 8 years old. The doctors, nurses, rehabilitation aids, and the entire medical staff made such an impact on my eight-year-old self that I knew I wanted to help people live pain-free lives and reach their health goals.
